To ask for the number of the Stanhope road Doctors surgery in Waltham Cross, Herts. The first time I asked for the no I was given 019926 25300 which turned out to be a wrong number, the same thing happened the second time I rang 118848, telling them of this and they gave me the same number again …when that did not work again, I phoned for the third time as was given the correct number which was 019926 35300 at the same
I asked for the number of customer services to request a refund for the two wrong numbers….and on dialling the number given, 08000131944 five times found this also was a wrong number. Please therefore refund me for all the incorrect numbers….I have been charged over £9 on my EE bill trying to get one doctors number and one customer service number for 118848. I would appreciate your comments please. Janet Cowherd
